About Us

Michigan State Swim Club is the official club swim team at Michigan State University. MSUSC is a co-ed club that competes with other college clubs across the nation. Our season runs from early September through April and we are members of the College Club Swimming organization, competing at Regional and National championships in the fall and spring. Our club was founded in the spring of 2016 and has quickly grown into one of the largest club sports programs on campus. We believe in having fun, making lifelong friends, and finding enjoyment in the sport of swimming. We are a student run club that provides daily coached practices, home and travel meets, social and team events, and participate in community volunteering. We do not have tryouts - we welcome those trying the sport for the first time to advanced swimmers with years of competitive experience.

Mission

The mission of the Michigan State Swim Club is to provide competitive sports opportunities for students across a broad range of skill levels and experiences. The Michigan State Swim Club is a training ground for leadership, organizational development, and teaching. Ultimately, the mission is realized through a program that promotes an opportunity for all students to participate, and reach their full potential. The Michigan State Swim Club promotes

opportunities for students to engage in practices, activities, and competitions at universities across the country.
